Shipping Coverage
Colorah currently offers shipping services to all provinces in mainland China, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan. International shipping services cover major countries and regions in Asia, North America, Europe, and Oceania.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Available for most artworks, typically delivered within 7-10 business days.
- Express Shipping: Available for select artworks, typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
- Special Artwork Shipping: For larger artworks or those requiring special handling, we provide professional art shipping services, with delivery times confirmed separately.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the following factors:
- Size and weight of the artwork
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Specific fees will be displayed during the checkout process. We offer free standard shipping for domestic orders over ¥2000.
Artwork Packaging
We take the safety of your artwork very seriously. All artworks are packaged using professional materials to ensure they are not damaged during transit:
- Flat artworks (such as prints, photographs) are wrapped in acid-free paper and placed in rigid tubes or flat packaging.
- Paintings are wrapped in bubble wrap with corner protection and placed in custom wooden crates.
- Sculptures and three-dimensional artworks use custom packaging solutions to ensure safety.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your package through our website or our shipping partner's website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control. If your order experiences significant delays, our customer service team will contact you.
Signature Required
All artwork deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. If you cannot be present at the scheduled time, please contact our customer service team to arrange an alternative.
Damage or Loss
Although rare, if your artwork is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We recommend inspecting the packaging for any obvious damage before signing for receipt, and noting any damage on the delivery receipt.
International Shipping
For international orders, please note:
- Delivery times are typically 10-20 business days but may vary depending on the destination country/region.
- Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Some countries/regions may have special requirements or restrictions on importing artwork.
